Good morning, Fayette County.
I finally got to experience it for myself. On Friday, I attended a concert at Trilith Live for the first time to see Home Free. They are an incredibly entertaining a cappella group singing country and sea shanties. We started off in the second floor Terrace, but as the show went on, we moved downstairs and found seats closer to the stage (I promise the band told us to do it!) There seriously is not a bad seat in that entire venue. It is fun to speculate on who and what sort of shows will come there in the future.
But the absolute best part happened as we were leaving. A young boy leaving with his dad could not contain his joy. He announced to the entire crowd that it was his first concert and he never knew live music could be this fun. It gave me instant flashbacks of going to my very first concert with my mom, trying to get the lead singer to sign my shoe.
Get out there and make some memories. There is a lot to look forward to in Fayette County.

Dye fixes gray hair… by giving you a new problem: looking dyed. Particle Anti-Gray Serum is the all-natural, non-dye, no-mess solution for men who want their real color back, not a recreation of it.
The 5-second daily spray works gradually at the root to restore pigment for natural, visible results on your hair and beard.
Unlike hair dyes that aggressively color your hair and require annoying upkeep, Particle Anti-Gray Serum is clean and extremely easy to use. It stimulates the melanin inside the hair and does not use artificial color.

The Fayetteville Police Department is turning horsepower into holiday help as they host the inaugural Broncos N' Blue Show on Saturday, April 25 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This community fundraiser is designed specifically to bolster the Christmas with Police program after budget constraints in 2025 limited the department's ability to assist all eligible families. While referrals are coordinated through school counselors and the Department of Family and Children Services, the police department’s C.A.R.E. Unit carefully verifies every family to ensure the support goes exactly where it is needed most. Proceeds from this new event will be dedicated exclusively to the program to prevent future shortfalls and expand its reach beyond the 25 children served last year.
City Center Park will transform into a festival hub with entertainment for all ages. Line Creek Brewery has even crafted a signature "Bronco Brew" specifically for the event and will donate the proceeds to the cause. Families can enjoy live music, food trucks, and a dedicated kids' area featuring inflatables and face painting provided by the Bennett’s Mill Middle School Bronco cheerleaders. The evening will also feature a unique glow and neon-themed atmosphere to keep the energy high as the sun goes down. For the automotive enthusiasts, the show features ten distinct judging categories that celebrate the entire history of the Ford Bronco. Visit the official website for more information and registration.
